We wanted to let you know about a unique opportunity coming up next month just for second year students through Year 2 @ CSU:

“Lighting of the “A”!

As a second year student this year, you have an opportunity to be part of the Lighting of the “A” tradition during this year’s CSU Homecoming events. Lighting of the “A” has been a part of Colorado State’s history for decades and is reserved especially for 2^nd year students to help with!  Lighting of the “A” will take place Friday, October 4th, 2019 and we need students to volunteer from approximately 3:30pm to 8:30pm.

As a participant, you and the Lighting of the “A” Brigade will be walking in CSU’s homecoming parade! Student participants will get a t-shirt, be a part of a CSU tradition, and have an unforgettable experience! Your contribution will remain a piece of CSU history forever and will be seen by a crowd of thousands!
