Off-Campus Life

Purpose

Off-Campus Life helps students moving or living off campus to have a successful transition and integration into the Fort Collins community.

Vision

Off-Campus Life’s vision is to unite people in locations with institutions of higher education in building informed and evolving communities.

Mission

Local: To promote positive relationship building and provide off-campus living information, services and educational programs that benefit the student body, university and surrounding communities.

Housing Fair

The Housing Fair is an annual event which takes place every spring semester. This spring, it will be taking place on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 9:00-4:00pm in the LSC Grand Ballroom. It is an opportunity for students to do one-stop shopping for a place to live. We have all sorts of local businesses attend, including property management companies, apartment complexes, private landlords, realtors, community resources, and more!

Semester Locker Rentals

Heavy books? Don’t want to lug your stuff around all day, everyday? Come rent a locker for a semester or more in the Lory Student Center at Off-Campus Life! You can access your locker anytime during our normal business hours Monday through Friday and selected weekend hours.

Roommate Round-Up

This program is designed to bring together people who have places and are looking for roommates as well as people who need a place and want to be someone’s roommate. At the Roommate Roundup, OCL staff present a quick overview of the services we provide through our office and talk about good roommate practices. Potential roommates then have the opportunity to introduce themselves.
